SheWell Program: Supporting Women’s Wellbeing in the Gympie Region

Designed for women in the Gympie region, SheWell offers a gentle, low-intensity approach to improving mental health and wellbeing—without the need for traditional mental health services.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or simply want help reaching your wellbeing goals, SheWell provides a safe, supportive space to help you thrive.

SheWell is all about helping you achieve your goals and confidently navigate life’s ups and downs in a supportive, safe space. We’d love to welcome you into the SheWell Program and support you on your journey to wellbeing!

What To Expect

SheWell is a 12-week program that’s flexible and tailored to your lifestyle.


You can choose to participate through:

  • Face-to-face sessions

  • Video calls

  • Phone calls

Access Support

How the Program Works

Together, we’ll create a personalised wellbeing plan tailored to your unique goals and needs.

This includes six structured sessions and access to an online module to help you build the skills and confidence to manage life’s challenges.

Getting Started

With your practitioner by your side, you’ll track your progress and take practical steps to enhance your skills, knowledge, and connections. 

Our goal is to help you feel empowered and build a fulfilling, balanced life with strong social and cultural connections.

How to access support

For a referral, please contact Medicare Mental Health on 1800 595 212. They’ll discuss your (or your child’s) needs and connect you with the appropriate support services. For more information, please email betterconnect@each.com.au.
