SheWell Program: Supporting Women’s Wellbeing in the Gympie Region

SheWell is a welcoming, low‑intensity counselling program designed to support women in the Gympie region who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply not themselves.

Life’s daily pressures can build up—juggling family, relationships, work, or the endless mental load—and it can become hard to find space to breathe. SheWell provides a calm, supportive environment where women can talk openly, explore what’s going on, and learn practical strategies that make day‑to‑day life feel more manageable.

This program isn’t about diagnosing or labelling. It’s about creating a safe space to be heard, reset, and feel more in control of your wellbeing. Whether you’re feeling worn out, frustrated, or just “not quite right,” SheWell is here to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with confidence.

There’s no referral needed—just reach out when you’re ready.

What To Expect

Through the SheWell program, women can access gentle, personalised support focused on improving emotional wellbeing and managing daily stress. Participants can expect:

  • One‑on‑one counselling sessions with a qualified, supportive practitioner

  • A personalised wellbeing plan that reflects your unique goals and circumstances

  • Flexible session options—in person, by phone, or online

  • Access to an online module offering practical tools for managing emotions, stress, and everyday pressures

  • Ongoing encouragement and guidance to help you make steady, meaningful progress at your own pace

The program is warm, approachable, and designed to meet you where you’re at—without pressure or judgement

How the Program Works

SheWell offers up to six counselling sessions, tailored to each woman’s needs. Your practitioner will work alongside you to explore what’s happening in your life, identify supports and strategies, and build a plan that helps you feel more grounded and empowered.

Sessions are designed to be practical and supportive, giving you space to reflect, regain clarity, and develop tools that fit into your everyday routine. Whether you prefer meeting face‑to‑face, talking over the phone, or connecting via video, the program is flexible and built around what works best for you.
