Pathway Partners

Pathway Partners is a free service that helps Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Central Queensland, Wide Bay, and Sunshine Coast regions to connect with mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and wellbeing support.

Pathway Partners are here to walk alongside you. Our service focuses on supporting your choice and self-determination, so you stay in control while Pathway Partners provide the support you want and need.

Creating safe spaces where you feel heard and supported.

Emotional Support

Guiding you through grief, trauma, or mental health challenges.

Cultural Connection

Offering cultural support and links to Community.

Connected Care

Helping you link to services like counselling, housing, or family support.

Working Together

Partnering with your family, school, or GP to make sure you get the care you need.

Need support? Contact Medicare Mental Health on 1800 595 212. They’ll discuss your needs and connect you with the right support services, which may include Better Connect.
