Intensive Mental Health Support for Young People

Life can be tough sometimes—especially for young people navigating big emotions, mental health challenges, and life transitions. That’s where Youth Enhanced Services (YES) comes in.

We’re here to walk alongside young people aged 12 to 25 who need a little more support than what’s available through school counsellors or headspace.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with your mental health, or just need someone to talk to, YES offers a safe, flexible, and understanding space to help you feel better and move forward.

What To Expect

YES is designed for young people experiencing:

  • Psychosis

  • Major depression
