Commonwealth Psychosocial Services

Support for people living with severe and persistent mental health challenges

Better Connect’s Commonwealth Psychosocial Services (CPS) program supports individuals living with severe and persistent mental health challenges — especially those not covered by other funded programs. The aim is to help people build independence, reduce reliance on intensive support, and achieve recovery-oriented goals.

Support is offered in the short to medium term through a mix of face-to-face, digital, one-on-one, and group activities, primarily delivered via community outreach.

Modalities will be through face to face, digital, one on one and group activities. Supports will be predominantly provided through outreach in the community.
